Built on 32 environmentally sensitive acres next to a bird sanctuary, Sutherland Crossing is, while not located on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, bordered by Crystal Lake on one side, Sutherland Bayou on another, and St. Joseph Sound on a third.
