HOW DO WE SELL TIMESHARES FOR SUCH GREAT PRICES?
We
attain our low prices in a variety of ways. For one,
we rarely sell for individuals, as most timeshare
resellers do. We own most of our properties and we
acquire them
in bulk from financial institutions, developers and
other resources at greatly reduced prices so we can
pass the savings on to our buyers.
We also have many
properties donated by people looking for a quick
tax write-off,
whose travel habits have changed or by
those
who cannot afford to travel anymore. Another way
we pass savings on is by not having the huge marketing
costs
that a resort developer does. This allows The Timeshare
Group sells timeshare at resale value.
Our sales
associates have a constant influx of new properties
to sell. What
they do not sell goes to the Timeshare Auction
Department. At this point, we are highly motivated
to sell our
properties to avoid having to pay the fees on ALL
the timeshare weeks we own. This makes it a win win
situation
for both the buyer and for us.
